A: All massage therapists at Cambrian Therapeutic Massage are certified massage therapists, licensed by the County of Santa Clara. At this time, all the staff are females.
Q: Do I have to make an appointment?
A: Appointments can be made by phone, and walk-ins are welcome.
Q: What products are used?
A: We are pleased to use natural treasures massage oil made with coconut oil, with isopropyl palmitate, with vitamin A and C. The oil is derived from plants with no animal by-products and is color and fragrance-free.
Q: Are gift certificates available?
A: Yes, gift certificates are available at Cambrian Therapeutic Massage.
Q: Do you have private room and shower?
A: Yes, private rooms and showers are available at Cambrian Therapeutic Massage.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Cash, Visa and Master Card are accepted.
Q: Should I tip a massage therapist, and how much?
A: Tips are not required but greatly appreciated.
Q: Should I take a shower before a massage?
A: Shower is available at Cambrian Therapeutic Massage. The quality of the massage will be greatly enhanced when your body is clean.
Q: What should I wear for a massage?
A: Traditionally, people remove all their clothing and are draped during their massage. If you feel more comfortable wearing a bathing suit or shorts, you are welcome to. It is difficult to give a quality massage through clothing.
Q: Do you accept health insurance?
A: We do not accept health insurance at this time, but we can provide a receipt so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Q: Do you offer massage services outside the Cambrian Therapeutic Massage studio?
A: All massage services are performed at the Cambrian Therapeutic Massage studio.
